Our Spanish language school in Marbella was founded in 1988 and is located in one of the most emblematic and commercial areas of Marbella. Situated in the very centre of the city, 5 minute from the beach. It is also easily accessible by bus.

The school is situated on the top floor of a 3 storey building. There is a very large and sunny terrace of about 1.000 m2 with wonderful views to the city and the sea, where students can also take their Spanish lessons (specially in summer).

We offer 8 bright classrooms with a maximum of 8 students per class, a very large reception room, common room with snack and refreshment machine, computer room with internet access, audio-visual room, etc. All of them are equipped with air conditioning (cool and hot) in order to make the students stay as pleasant as possible.

Our Spanish courses are accredited with the CEELE, a main quality certification for Spanish as a foreign language.

Marbella is also well know for being golfers' paradise: It has got a great number of golf courses with modern facilities of the highest quality, which makes it one of the very best places to practise this exciting sport.

It possesses a rich and varied gastronomy: students will enjoy eating "Paella, Gazpacho and "Pescaíto frito & Marisco", will be delighted to drink the noted wines of "Jerez & Manzanilla" and the very famous "Sangría".

Málaga international airport is only a 30 minute drive distance from Marbella., and there are many flights from Malaga to Madrid and other major Spanish cities.

Throughout the month our Spanish language school in Marbella organises guided city tours and visits to museums, churches and old historical areas of Marbella, Malaga (Ubrique, Pueblos Blancos) or Gibraltar and to nearby cities such as Seville, Granada, etc. Most of them are free of charge and are held in the afternoon.

The school also organises optional weekend excursions throughout the year to the heavenly beaches in Tarifa, to historical buildings of Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Madrid and Barcelona, to the mysterious Morocco, etc. They are offered at reasonable prices.

Accommodation in Marbella

 

Although the high quality of teaching is essential, a good place to stay is also very important for your time here to be pleasant and productive. Our Spanish school in Marbella pays special attention to students' accommodation and offers the following choices:

SHARED APARTMENTS: These apartments are only available for students over 18 years old. They are located in the centre of the city (maximum 20 minute walking distance or by bus from the school). All of them have been strictly chosen and controlled. There are apartments and studios of different sizes and characteristics according to the preferences of each student.

These apartments are comfortably, but basically furnished. No meals are included. However, the students have free access to a fully equipped kitchen in order to prepare meals for themselves. In addition, students will be provided with towels, bedding (sheets, blankets, etc.). Costs of gas, water, electricity and all taxes are included as well as a weekly cleaning service (only in rooms and common areas). A deposit is required upon the student arrival which is refunded at the end of the stay always providing there is no damage and tidiness and cleanness are kept.

HOST FAMILIES: For serious students who are prepared to be flexible and wish to live a truly Spanish life during their stay in Marbella, staying with a Spanish host family can be the very best option.

Living with a well-selected Spanish host family will enable the students to see and learn everything about the Spanish lifestyle as well as our rich culture and traditions. They will eat Spanish food (at the same times that Spaniards eat), make friends, enjoy Spanish people and have an excellent opportunity to practise their newly acquired Spanish in real-life situations.

Our host families are located near the school (maximum 15 minute walking distance or by bus). Students may choose between single or double rooms as well as half board and full board. Students will be provided with towels, bedding (sheets, blankets, etc), chosen food plan and laundry service once per week.
